A tutoring platform matching students with Ivy League tutors. We designed and built the site that has to earn a parent's trust in one scroll, and rank for every exam a student might be searching.
Every tutoring site says the same three things: expert tutors, proven results, personalised plans. A parent comparing five tabs cannot tell them apart, so the decision comes down to whichever one feels least risky.
North American Tutors had a genuinely rare claim, every tutor is a current student or graduate of an Ivy League or top-20 university, and it was buried. Our job was to make that the first thing you understand and the last thing you doubt.
So the page speaks to both without splitting in two. Credentials, safeguarding, and progress reporting answer the parent. Scores, subjects, and the tutors themselves answer the student. The enquiry form opens by simply asking which one you are, and the follow-up is written accordingly.
The claim only lands if the evidence is immediate. University marks sit directly under the hero, the counters are real figures rather than round marketing numbers, and named testimonials carry the specific score jumps a parent is actually hoping for.
Most competitors hide rates behind a consultation call. We put every package on one page with the per-session cost spelled out, the saving shown against the single-lesson rate, and one plan marked as recommended so the choice has a default.
No contracts, no hidden fees, and an introductory session at a lower rate. Transparency is the cheapest trust signal available, and almost nobody in this category uses it.
The funnel is written as a sequence of reassurances rather than a sales ladder. Each step names the thing a parent is quietly worried about at that exact moment, and answers it before they have to ask.
Your grades are now our responsibility.
So the site is structured around them. SAT, ACT, AP, PSAT, MCAT, and high school each get a full landing page with its own pricing, its own tutor list, and its own free resources, rather than one page trying to rank for everything.
Blogs, an admissions calculator, and per-exam resource libraries feed the same structure, so search traffic arrives on the page that answers its query and finds the enquiry form already there.
Credentials, transparent pricing, real counters, and a free tutor-change guarantee all sit above the point where a hesitant parent would normally leave.
The exam pages give the business a way to grow that does not depend on paid acquisition, and the enquiry flow tells the team who they are talking to before the first call.
